I think I enjoyed it. The music was loud, the food cold, and the drinks weren't too expensive. Pick out whichever you are think are positive/negative/neutral.
There was a fire alarm at 10:44, so we rang for our lift early (figuring that we wouldn't be able to get back in). As it turned out, we went straight back in, but never mind...

I must now go and do some work on the yearbook. Or something. And then do some revision. Yes, revision sounds horrible enough to do. I hate GCSEs

Well, I have a May Ball tomorrow. It may only be the first of May, but they had to bring it forward because of exams. I am wearing clothes, and travelling by transport. I shall be eating food and avoiding all drugs, alcoholic beverages, and anything else that should be there. All I've got to do now is organise lots of photos to go in the yearbook, and make sure that all the award presentations get photographed. And sort out budgeting, photos, and final content for the yearbook. AHH!!! STRESS!!! And there's the small matter of GCSES IN A MATTER OF WEEKS!!!

/me goes into incomprehensible rants, interrupted by the occasional maniacal scream

I actually did quite a bit of work today - rather rare!
Started back at school today for two weeks :S. I have a German oral exam in two weeks and I don't even know when it's going to be.
AHHH!!! GCSEs in 4 WEEKS!!
(This is scary)
The eyarbook is starting to near completion - all we need now is about 350 photos, some chunks of text and a couple of pages from various people whoa re working on them. It seems a lot, but it isn't that much, seeing as the photos are mainly coming from two sources.

For those who don't know, DeviantArt is a location for all digital artists to put their stuff.
So now I've got a place and some of my stuff is up there. Go to http://the-nerd.deviantart.com/ to see me. I won't be posting any of the stuff here (because it would waste internet space cos it's already up elsewhere) but I thought some of you might like to see my "creative" output. :)

Sorry about yesterday's lack of updates - I was busy not revising. I found out that I had left my bag in the boot of my aunt's car, and so I couldn't do the chemistry specimen paper that I was planning on doing.

Brother and parent are currently out at a car boot sale. Why aren't those obsolete by now? You go out, get cold, have no fun, and have less people viewing and make less money than you would if you sold your goods on Ebay. Plus, if there are two interested parties there is no bidding, and it's far less fun. And less warm.

Sorry about the lack of updates yesterday - I couldn't think of anything specific to say, and didn't want to waffle.
I saw Johnny English today. In response to the comments posted at www.monkey830.co.uk, I found it a hilariously funny film. Some say I have no taste, some say I just like all spoofs. I say both.
I did about 2 hours of German revision this morning. More than I would have done if I had been at home.
I might do that History homework tonight...

/me wonders how anyone can read this without falling asleep
:D

History revision sux. I did some this morning, and it sucked then. I've got to do some more now. I was going to do some more 10 minutes ago, but I got chatting on MSN.
I helped to cook brownies this morning. They ain't gonna become guides now. Bwahahahahaha.
&60;ahem&62;
Work on the yearbook is steaming ahead nicely. I may make extracts available here later, I don't know.
Hmm...
I can't think of anything else to write at the moment. I'll be back later. Maybe.

I know exactly how to set a video timer, and so does my father. It's not difficult - I don't know what the fuss is about. I've known since about 5 minutes after we got the TV/Video home! But last night, the timer went wrong. It had been checked, and was set from 2:00 until 4:00. But it only recorded for about 2 minutes, at about 1:40am. So my GCSE Bitesize programme did not get recorded, so I'm going to have to use books to revise the core of the science syllabus as well as the additional triple science modules. Time to get a new video recorder? No. Time to spend longer revising than I really needed to. Yes.
I did do an hour of Physics revision, though, and about an hour (I wasn't timing) of triple science revision.

On another note, Farscape, for those who did not know, is an incredibly good sci-fi programme imported from the US (ye, it is good, before anyone tries to disagree). It has been commissioned for four series by the US Sci-fi Channel, but they have not bought the fifth and final series. So we are on a cliffhanger. Our protagonist (John Crighton) has just been frozen in some sort of chemical by an unidentified alien craft and broken into teeny tiny pieces, with his future wife's wedding ring lying on top of him. We have been given "To be continued..." - or not as the case may be. But unlike most programmes, this one has put up a fight. Well, the fans have. The biggest fan campaign in history has been set up, based at http://www.savefarscape.com. All they (or we) want is to have the fifth series made and aired. They have organised ad campaigns on TV and Radio and have even bought magazine cover space.
So, the time has come to decide. Are you Farscape?

Well, today, apart from being Easter sunday has been a pretty normal day.
Happy easter to any who want it wished to them, happy passover or spring festival or any other appropriate festival to anyone who wishes to be wished those wishes.
Went to church this morning, busked some songs, played some from music. Had lunch, went to grandmother's this afternoon. Played games, ate tea, came home. Watched a fascinating programme on Leonardo da Vinci, then did an hours Physics revision. Checked microsoft.public.publisher, here, and Monkey830.co.uk, then wrote this blog entry. Who knows what will come next?
